They showed visual examples of how different foods contain different amounts of sugars and how to make healthy choices. Congratulations to all the powerlifters for a great performance last weekend! Jacob McCoic finished in fourth place and qualified for the state powerlifting meet in Appleton Sunday March 3rd. His weight totals in the 275+ pound class was 1060 pounds (405 Squat, 405 Deadlift, and 250 Bench Press). Savannah Urban finished in fourth place in the 132 pound class and Antonio Marquez Velazquez finished in fourth place in the 240 pound weight class. Way to go Tigers! #HSDGoTigers #TigerProud
