Ms. Paula Bockenfeld is joining our district as the elementary art teacher, and assisting with enrichment classes at the elementary school.
Ms. Bockenfeld began her career in education teaching English as a second language in South Korea before returning to the U.S. to complete her licensing in Art, Geography, and General Science. She is the daughter of a science teacher and the majority of her family members have careers in education.
Being born and raised in West Salem, Ms. Bockenfeld appreciates the hometown feel of Hillsboro and is excited to be a Tiger.
