Hillsboro High School FBLA officers attended the two-day FBLA Fall Leadership Conference in Madison last week.
Pat Cavannaugh, Events Sales and Service Manager for the Green Bay Packers, shared his "Leadership Playbook for Life and Business" with more than 400 FBLA members from around Wisconsin. Officers had the opportunity to attend workshops during the conference, including, "Leading Through Conflict" and "How to Present".
Additionally, Hillsboro FBLA officers toured Escapology in Verona. Students spoke with the owner and learned about his business model and the commercial growth into owning a franchise. After the tour, officers were invited to attempt one of the escape rooms and successfully broke out within the one-hour time frame.
