Hillsboro 4th grade classes took a field trip to Madison to investigate state history.
Students toured the State Capitol to learn the building's history and hear about the work that happens in the legislative chambers, Supreme Court, and Office of the Governor.
After a morning of discovery at the Capitol, students traveled to the Veterans Museum for an educational “scavenger hunt” of Wisconsin's military legacy.
