Congratulations to Hillsboro Senior Ryan McCoic on being named a 2026 WIAA Scholar Athlete!
Ryan was one of 32 students selected from a nomination pool of 725 seniors for the prestigious WIAA Scholar Athlete Award.
This achievement celebrates the highest level of academic and athletic achievement, and is based on student GPA, varsity letters earned, and sportsmanship.
Laken James, former professional basketball player and founder of Five Star Academy, will serve as the keynote speaker of the 2026 WIAA Scholar-Athlete Ceremony held on Sunday, May 3 at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
