This week, Mrs. Schmidt's Food Science and Wisconsin Agriculture classes visited the Food and Farm Exploration Center in Plover, WIsconsin.
Students learned about a variety of critical Wisconsin commodities, and were even treated to a trail mix featuring a bit of each item. Afterward, students had a chance to explore the hands-on exhibits that highlight the natural world and farming processes that feed the nation.
