On September 12, the Hillsboro School Board recognized two outstanding employees for their contributions to the district.
District Technology Integrator Jenny Barreau received a commendation for her extraordinary efforts leading up to, and during, District Registration Day. Mrs. Barreau's work ethic is remarkable. Her commitment to district stakeholders, and her efforts to enhance and promote district technology systems are evident every day.
District Nurse Toni Wallace received her commendation for her exceptional work during a medical emergency. Due to her precision, clarity, and quick thinking, Mrs. Wallace was able to assist a staff member during a cardiac emergency and get them to a hospital in time for further emergency care.
